The group is a concoction of lawyers, chartered accountants, company secretaries and other financial and legal experts and has offices at Bangalore and Kochi.
MOHANS is established by Mr. K. G. Mohan, Mentor & Principal Partner, who is one of the senior-most company secretary from the state of Kerala. The group is a healthy mix of old school of thought as well as the meritorious tech – savvy new generation. While the team may seem to be a home – grown family business, the group is run in at most professional adroitness, provides routine compliances, certifications, due diligences, health checks, specialised consulting and advisory services.
