Ms. Hema began her career as a Senior Executive at a stock broking firm, where she managed the delivery section handling the inward and outward delivery of physical shares. Driven by her passion for banking, she transitioned to the banking sector as a Graduate Trainee. Her career culminated in the role of Senior Manager (Operations) at the largest branch of her bank in Kochi before she transitioned to consulting and joined MOHANS.

At MOHANS, Ms. Hema leverages her vast expertise to guide clients in managing treasury operations, project finance, working capital management, loans, and debt syndication and structuring. She is also adept at handling financial audits, internal audits, concurrent and internal audits of stockbrokers and Depository Participants, as well as income tax and GST filings.

Ms. Hema holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Her wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience make her an invaluable asset to our team and clients.
