Mohan, our Principal Partner and Mentor, is a distinguished Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, bringing over 50 years of extensive experience in banking, company secretarial services, merchant banking, stock broking, financial services, FEMA, and legal matters. Holding a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Mr. Mohan is also an esteemed member of the Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. He was also honourned with the prestigious PJ Majumdar award by ICSI for his exceptional performance in the CS Final Exam.
As a former banker with over two decades of service at a major National bank, Mr. Mohan transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding Kerala's first SEBI Registered Share Transfer Agent. He also co-promoted and served as the Managing Director of Kerala's first NSE Member firm, successfully overseeing its public issue of shares. Uniquely, Mr. Mohan has managed public issues both as a Company Secretary and as a Managing Director.
Mr. Mohan's passion for education led him to establish the Mohans Institute of Corporate Studies (MICS), a leading institution providing top-notch coaching for the Company Secretaryship Course for over twenty years. His dedication to nurturing the next generation of professionals is a testament to his commitment to excellence in field of corporate education.
