As a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Ms. Malathy brings extensive expertise to the table.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Ms. Malathy has played pivotal roles in various facets of corporate governance. Her hands-on experience encompasses the intricacies of issue and listing of Rights Shares, as well as guiding organizations through Due Diligence processes and their journey towards IPOs.
Prior to her consultancy career, Ms. Malathy served in a leadership capacity at a leading listed NBFC in India, where she headed the Secretarial and Compliance Department. During her tenure, she honed her expertise in NBFC laws and compliances, alongside navigating regulatory frameworks encompassing Companies Act, SEBI Rules and Regulations, Stock Exchange Regulations, and FEMA compliances.
Ms. Malathy holds Master's degrees in both Business Administration and Commerce, underscoring her academic prowess and holistic understanding of business dynamics. She is also an Insolvency Professional registered with the IBBI.
