As a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Mr. Prashant brings extensive knowledge and experience to the table.
With a background in corporate finance and governance, Mr. Prashant is an accredited Insolvency Professional registered with the IBBI. He has adeptly navigated the complexities of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as a resolution professional, ensuring successful outcomes for companies under his stewardship.
Prior to his consultancy career, Mr. Prashant served as the Finance Head & Company Secretary for a prominent hospitality conglomerate, gaining invaluable insights into managing diverse portfolios and navigating partnerships, including with Private Equity firms.
Specializing in financial strategy, Mr. Prashant's expertise extends to FEMA, FDI, tax planning, due diligence, forensic audits, group consolidations, statutory compliance, and drafting legal documents. He holds a Bachelor's in Commerce, a Law degree from the State Law University, Karnataka, and certifications from ICAI including DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) and in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection.
