Mr. Srikant holds a Masters’ Degree in Finance and is also a qualified Insolvency Professional.
Mr. Srikant Mohan has over 25 years of well-rounded experience in Litigation, corporate Advisory, FEMA, Mergers & Amalgamations (M&As), Corporate Tax Disputes, Protection of Minority Rights against oppression and mismanagement and Insolvency and Bankruptcy and has secured remarkable judgements to his accolade.
His expertise spans across various Business Sectors such as Gems & Jewellery; Heavy Engineering; Media; Construction, Marine Exports, Software, Healthcare etc. to name a few.
Mr. Srikant regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Courts of both Karnataka and Kerala, Courts at the District Levels and also at various legal forums like National Company Law Tribunals and its Appellate Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal, SEBI, ITAT, IT/ GST Commissionerate, Appellate Tribunals etc.
